Buying A House Or Flat
I am in a long chain and am finding it impossible to agree a completion date. What can I do?
Not much. You could ask agents to put pressure on everyone in the chain. You could consider setting a deadline for a date to be selected or you could pick a date and insist on it. If none of that works then you are still stuck. Someone in the chain will have to compromise at some stage and this could take a while.
