Our property team deals effectively with all aspects of residential conveyancing. We have conveyed every type of property from the smallest studio flat to the luxury houses of the rich and famous. We are completely independent and refuse to accept referral fees from estate agents or any other third parties.
With the introduction of Home information Packs (HIPs) estate agents have taken the opportunity of trying to tie sellers and buyers into a package which includes conveyancing. Often this means your conveyancing being done by a remote call centre type firm or a firm which is paying the estate agent for the referral (or both!)
We consider it vital that when you are buying a property your legal adviser is completely independent. We can arrange the HIP for you and an added benefit is that if your estate agent does not perform you can take the HIP to a rival agent with no risk of having to pay twice for the same service.
