Buying your house or flat is important to you. Make sure that you get completely independent advice and guidance throughout the process. We do not accept referral fees from estate agents or anyone else involved in the house transfer business. We always put you at the centre of our concerns. If we reckon it is in your best interest to pull out of a deal because of legal difficulties you will be the first to know. There is no question of not wanting to rock the boat, or fear of upsetting an important source of business. If there is a deadline to meet in order to get a transaction through, we shall do everything we can to help you make it. Home Information Packs (HIPs)
If you are selling we could provide you with a Home Information Pack. Our standard pack is competitively priced. We can also prepare for you our Premium HIP which contains comprehensive documentation. Unlike the standard product our Premium HIP will include a draft contract and all the documentation that a reasonably competent buyer’s solicitor would want. Armed with this type of HIP your sale should move quickly by eliminating any buyers who are looking for excuses to delay. Call one of our team to discuss the pro’s and con’s.
Whatever HIP you select it is yours and is completely portable and will not tie you to any particular Estate Agent.
Specialist Leasehold Work
Buying Leasehold property can be a minefield. We have expertise in this area. We can also help you with extending your Lease, or collaborating with others to purchase the Freehold of your building or block. We can advise too on Right to Manage arrangements. If necessary we will represent you in the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal.
